Stress Management: Taking Action

Stress management helps to relieve negative thoughts and feelings and procrastination that become a part of your life when you are under stress. The most difficult challenge is taking action and moving forward. To take action means to make a change in your life and develop a stress management program. Think through the problems and situations you are trying to avoid. Make a list.
